Additionally, the app enables audio streaming from iPhones and many models of Android phones, with the ability to adjust the streamed audio and control the sound from the TV Play device. Users can monitor their hearing aids through the app, checking battery status, connection status, and even locating their hearing aids. The app also provides help and support, including FAQs, how-to videos, and troubleshooting guides. Furthermore, it offers the My Guide feature, which provides step-by-step instructions, videos, and short courses to help users get accustomed to life with hearing aids.
